ENGINEERING SERVICES AND OTHER ACTIVITIES
In the scope of engineering services TCP a.s., besides continuous investment projects connected to the operation or business utilization of administered buildings, arranges for challenging overall reconstruction of the buildings, accounting advisory and bookkeeping, providing complex consultancy services in the area of real estate, arranging for technical passports of buildings and developer activities. The company is engaged in the processing of studies and assessments of possible utilization of territories or selected buildings, conducts law and economy analysis relating to dealing with buildings, provides consultancy in the area of incorporating and operating of business companies specialized in building administration.
As an example, it is possible to mention a reconstruction of the Palace Adria and Platýz buildings, reconstruction and extension of the TeTa building in Jungmanova street or reconstruction of the Sovovy mlýny building converted for use as a gallery. A common characteristic of all projects is a high level of monument preservation of the reconstructed buildings. Engineering and investment activity are not solely oriented to the buildings administered by the company, proof of which can be providing for transition to gas street lighting along the King’s Road including the Charles Bridge, construction of technical infrastructure Špitálka for prospective set of individual family houses in Hanspaulka in Prague 6, or arranging for an administrative decision for construction of extended residential area Botanica-Vidoule, in Prague 5.
